some upgrades on towers have been removed/combined into the next upgrade (more of a bloons td6 problem than a battles 2 problem). assault mode has been replaced with casual and due to medallions no longer being the currency and there being no way to win monkey money, battle arenas have been removed. i don’t like the removal of card or defense mode. heros only really feel like a fourth tower that helps a bit early on. i don’t like the removal of the random 4th tower that has all tiers unlocked, which has been replaced by heros. sending bloons rarely ever feels like im actually spending money and rather just being annoying to the other person. instead of waiting for round 2 to spam blooms at opponents, it’s available from the get go. the speed at which eco comes in seems to be a tad faster than before. instead of getting score to unlock tiers (and towers) all you need is xp for that tower (xp for upgrades, you need monkey money to buy towers). unlocking upgrades for towers is better and worse. It feels like you don’t get eco from bloons as much as you did but when watching people play it looks like they’re getting more eco. the eco system feels different in comparison to the og battles. *insert rant on how much bloons was in my childhood* battles 2 is what you expect, battles but with td6 stuff.
